Refund policy

How to start a return

Email us at hello@juicyrollmethod.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions from there.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us. Returns that arrive without prior approval can't be accepted.

Damages or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at hello@juicyrollmethod.com and we'll make it right.

What we can't accept back

• Opened Detox Chai (for hygiene reasons)
• Used or unpackaged items
• Sale items and gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to post the refund on their end.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, email us at hello@juicyrollmethod.com and we'll look into it.
